What should I wear?

We are requesting black tie optional. Think formal, polished, and evening-appropriate - tuxedos or suits, long gowns or elevated cocktail dresses.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you leave the photography to our incredible photographer during the ceremony. However, feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception!

Are children included in the invite?

We love your little ones, but for our special day, we’ve decided to keep it an adult-only celebration. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my own beverages?

We will be supplying a bartending service who will be handling all beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other outside beverages onto the premises. Thank you for understanding!

Is parking available?

Yes! There is a small parking lot on the grounds as well as a provided valet. They will take your car to the parking lot across the street and will be present all night. There will be a shuttle provided for anyone returning to either of the hotel blocks. For more information on the shuttle, please see details under Transportation tab.

This hotel is 11 minutes from the wedding reception. We will have a shuttle to take to and from. The link for this blocking will be active until 9/10/26. After the date the rate and rooms will not be available through the blocks. If you are staying Thursday as well, you can press "edit stay" to add Thursday night into your booking.

This hotel is 9 minutes from the wedding reception. We will have a shuttle to take to and from. If you would like to stay here and the booking is full, please reach out to Amanda ASAP to potentially add a room for you.

Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown/The Phelps

This hotel is 8 minutes from the wedding reception. The link for this blocking will be active until October 2nd. However, rooms may fill before then. We will NOT have a shuttle for this hotel.
